Entertainment only
All Casino Night NZ events use fun-money chips. No real-money gambling takes place at any of our events, and no winnings hold cash value. Events are strictly for entertainment purposes.
Bookings & deposits
A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and we issue written confirmation. The balance is due prior to your event date as set out in your quote.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Venue & access
You are responsible for ensuring adequate space, power and access for our equipment. We require reasonable time for setup and pack-down as agreed in advance.
Liability
Casino Night NZ maintains public liability insurance. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Age policy
Our casino-themed entertainment is intended for guests aged 18 and over. Hosts are responsible for their guest lists.
